Brac Executive Engineer, Construction

Job Description / Responsibility

• Maintain continuity among design team, purchase team and implementation unit by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Evaluate offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements
• Monitor progress, requisition change orders and identify any potential risks
• Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price
• Assemble accurate and well organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Stipulated Price, Design
• Work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities
• Maintain cost keys and price masters by updating information and contributes to team effort
• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Complete Budgeting and Scheduling for projects and track same.
• Visit site to check the materials inventory, ensure materials & work quality and control on cost
• Prepare construction budget by studying design & drawings; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation. And prepare details report for submission
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
