Operations Officer Procurement and Logistics

Job Description / Responsibility

• Team management- supervise operations assistants, orient members on RI operation procedures, capacity building of the team and create a friendly operation team environment
• Office Premises- organize general office management activities and create a healthy office environment
• Security implementation- setup all the security measures as per decision and implement all the standard procedures
• Stock Management- implement stock management system including tool, receiving, stocking, distribution schedule, reporting and documentation
• Transportation - develop transportation plan as per distribution schedule for goods movement as including receiving of the items, arrange loading and unloading, prepare transportation documentation
• Asset management - implement asset management system as per requirement including asset tagging, updating asset movement, reporting and documentation
• ICT - establish a good ICT based office environment, trouble shooting and tracking of all ICT information
• Repair maintenance - assess repairing need and organize regular maintenance
• Vehicle Management- implement an effective vehicle management including fleet plan, movement control, maintenance and documentation. Prepare movement plan and track vehicle movement
• Procurement - conduct procurement as per RI procurement guideline and donor compliance, maintain up-to-date procurement reporting and documentation
• Reporting- prepare and submit all the weekly and monthly operational reports as per organizational standard procedures
