Job Description / Responsibility
- Preparing portfolio and business budget
- Crafting strategies to improve portfolio performances and executing & facilitating implementation
- Assisting management by conducting required activities for timely achievement both top & bottom line
- Conducting market study, preparing & following brand guidelines and aligning activities to build brands
- Analyzing cost and manage product pricing for attaining segment profitability
- Preparing marketing plans and designing & developing packaging material, marketing collateral, campaign and other promotional activities
- Communicating and maintaining liaison with vendor and cross functional department regarding Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG) & Rolling Forecast (ROFO) etc.
- Generating innovative ideas, sourcing and developing new products
- Maintaining liaison with Foreign Principles, GO's-NGO's concerned with the portfolio
